Bought a car for the first time and it went very smoothly with Above and Beyond! Called and asked if they had the car, went to the lot test drive it, loved it and did the paper work in less than a hour and drove home with the car. HOLY COW! Do not hesitate! I tried Kelly Blue Book, Carvana, Vroom and more and every time I got an “Instant Offer” and was directed to a particular dealership. My car was perfect and only 11k miles! Yet, the dealership offered $4,000 LESS and would take a MONTH to process, seriously? Huge bait & Switch! I was giving up when I bit the bullet and put an ad on Craigslist (ugh!) but I was forced to take it off 4 minutes and 8 responses later, yikes! After weeding out the nutballs (6 out of 8) I found Above and Beyond! They jumped through all my paranoid checking and provided proof they are indeed real! In 24 hours we met at the bank of my choosing and completed the transaction securely, safely and most of all kindly! I’m a happy Grammy! DO NOT HESITATE to purchase or sell with Above and Beyond! Extremely easy to work with and accommodating. Smoothest car buying process I've gone through. There is zero pressure when looking or deciding to buy. Since they are a small dealer you get a lot better attention to detail and service as opposed to a franchise dealer with a "process" they are funneling you through. Talking to Ed is super chill.

A friendly, helpful, and professional dealer. I bought a 2013 Mazdaspeed 3 here to drive home to minnesota so I needed plenty of info on the car beforehand to be sure of it's quality and value. Ed went out of his way to help me out through the whole buying process. We facetimed and he showed me all around the car and sent me extra pictures when I asked. One thing that could have been better was: the car had a rebuilt transmission which was not mentioned on the website. Thats a very important detail that was left out. All it said was that it had a new clutch. I ended up talking to the previous owner by inadvertently getting his contact info from pictures of the cars maintenance receipts that the dealer sent me. He told me everything about the car and everything sounded good. After that, everything went smoothly and I sent them a down payment so they'd hold the car for me, I flew out a week later and met with him at the dealership, test drove the car, purchased it (no hidden fees) and took off! Overall I would recommend this dealer. Just be sure to know as much as possible about the car you're looking to buy. I got lucky being able to talk to the previous owner but that wasn't meant to happen.

I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism while working with them.  They where very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was buying. Communication was excellent.  I never had to wait more than a few minutes to get a response to questions that I had. They went through great lengths to ensure I was completely satisfied. They even fixed an issue that turned up in the vehicle after I bought it , even though they were in no way required to.  I would definitely buy a car from them again.
